The power to transform into or have a physical body made up of weather phenomenon. Technique of Weather Manipulation. Variation of Elemental Mimicry. Not to be confused with Weather Mode.

Capabilities

The user is or can transform their body completely into weather phenomenon, including wind, clouds, storms, etc. A user's transformed form is anatomically identical to their normal form, aside of being made of weather, in which case it contains all to organs and is somewhat vulnerable to attacks. Alternately the user can transform into homogeneous matter, without any part of their form being more important than the other.
