The ability to generate from within oneself white lightning and release them from the mouth. Sub-power of White Lightning Manipulation. Variation of Electric Breath. Opposite to Black Lightning Breath.

Capabilities

The user is able to generate and manipulate white lightning within them in a way that allows them to shape the exhaling of the effect. These shapes can include bursts, streams, spheres, even a mist of it from the mouth.

Applications

The lightning can go into the shape of a ball.
The lightning breath could just go straight.
The user can spread the lightning to a large area.
