The ability to generate from within oneself white lightning and release them from the mouth. Variation of Electric Breath. Opposite to Black Lightning Breath.

Capabilities

The user is able to generate and manipulate white lightning, the hottest form of lightning within them in a way that allows them to shape the exhaling of the effect. These shapes can include bursts, streams, spheres, even a mist of it from the mouth.

Paralysis Inducement
The lightning can go into the shape of a ball.
The lightning breath could just go straight.
The user can spread the lightning to a large area.
