The user can utilize the Wish Arts, a specialized system of techniques based around desirous power. Wishing is one of the most remarked about and practiced activities in legends, myths, and contemporary stories. Individuals express strong desires that have the prospect of becoming reality. Fulfilling them is traditionally accomplished through divine or magical interventions. They can be about anything. They are often associated with supernatural beings like fairies, gods, and jinn (genies). There are even stories about said fulfillment being brought about by objects like fountains, wells, and stars. Even if they do not come to fruition, wishes have a way of giving people hope, driving them to do whatever it takes to change their world and destiny; however, there are cases of practitioners who learn preternatural means of controlling desires.

Depending on the individual (whether innately non-powered or preternatural), one can gain the knowledge of how to control wishes. At the most basic level, one can learn how to grant wishes for others (though there may be limits to how they are granted or how influential they can be). Training can teach users how to shape the outcome of the wishes, altering who they affect, whether individuals or the world around them. Some of the most potent acolytes can learn how to manifest their own desires as a form of reality warping. With enough practice, users can gain the power to enhance their level of impact, ranging from localized existential influence to potentially nigh-omnipotent/omnipotent mastery of the known universe.
