Capabilities

The user has power over yin and yang, the natural dualities of polar opposites or seemingly contrary forces that are interconnected and interdependent in the natural world and how they give rise to each other in turn in relation to each other. With many distinct natural dualities e.g., dark and light, female and male, low and high, cold and hot, water and fire, earth and air—are thought of as manifestations of yin and yang (respectively).

Though described as polar opposites they combine to form a greater whole with almighty effects such as creating anything or all things. Everything has both yin and yang aspects as light could not be understood if darkness didn't exist, and shadow cannot exist without light.

Universal Differences

In other universes electricity manipulation requires the user to be mentally stable with the complete absence of emotions and a peace of mind. But physically it requires separating the energies of yin and yang, also interpreted as positive and negative electric potential respectively. When the yin (negative energy) and yang (positive energy) collide together to become whole again then lightning is created.

(Until ADVANCED the user will have no control of how many negations or how long). WARNING the user attacking the target will cost the target to Recover Yin & Yang meaning if not killed the target gains all abilities and an new one. For example, The user must kill the target with ONE deadly blow but if the blow doesn’t kill them, the target gains their negation and an new ability. Also, the user can kill the target with one blow UNLESS the negation was Regenerative Healing Factor because the target gets All negations back even after death. Meaning the target regenerates even after death. If the target doesn’t get harmed or killed by the users doing but by someone else’s doing then target doesn’t gain powers back until the maximum length. And will remain injured, harmed or even dead until then. The less length the ability have on the target, the more times it can be used. The stronger it gets, the less it can be used until the user has mastered it. There isn’t no one living creature, from the most heroic hero to the most villainous villain , that this type of Power Negation can’t work on. No matter how powerful they are unless the target also has Power Negation. Unlike basic Power Negations user will have limits as shown above. You must TRAIN based on Yin & Yang Training to accomplish the full power of Power Negations. SKILL, FOCUS, INTERNAL BALANCE, STRENGTH & KNOWLEDGE.
